Well, I do have a few recommendations. Have you considered adding unique emergency IDs? Like medical bracelets.

Also, the option to use emergency contact from the home screen. So someone else might use it even if it isn't their device.

Currently it's app to app, but I'm planning to make a formal request to include this with every device given to a refugee, as well as link it to a local mainframe.
